DEDICATED SERVICE AWARD
OVERVIEW
The Dedicated Service Award recognizes continuous years of active participation in, service to, and support of the Pittsburgh Chapter, PSPE, NSPE, and the engineering profession. This year’s award recipient is Jennifer Nolan-Kremm, PE.
Jennifer started volunteering for PSPE Pittsburgh chapter in 2012 and served chapter president in 2014. After serving at the local level, Jennifer was elected to represent the southwest/western region of PSPE. She is currently the PSPE President until September 2022. Jennifer has also participated in number NSPE Committees: PECON conference committee, educational committee, PEPP, and Awards Committee. Recently, Jennifer was asked to replace the PEPP Board Member and she will finish out his 2021-2023 board on the NSPE Board of Directors.
Jennifer has participated in MATHCOUNTS since 2012 where she has been a reliable grader in the fast-paced (and sometimes hectic) grading room. Over the years, she took on the protocer role which involves handing out lots of ‘scrap’ paper. In 2019/2020, Jennifer joined Virgina Dailey as Mathcounts coordinator to help assist the planning for the MATHCOUNTS. She is looking forward to the next in person MATHCOUNTS competition.
Jennifer resides in Dormont with her husband Frank and in her free time enjoys traveling, yoga, and video gaming.
